About the Founders - Lee & Ryan Ford

Brothers Lee and Ryan Ford bring decades of combined experience in the flooring industry to Carpet Ease.

Starting their careers hands-on in floor fitting and customer service, Lee and Ryan went on to build a reputation for expertise, reliability, and quality through their successful business, LDF Flooring. Over the years, they’ve helped thousands of homeowners, landlords, and property developers find the perfect flooring solutions — always with a focus on personal service and attention to detail.

Recognising that customers increasingly want simplicity, convenience, and expert guidance without showroom stress, the brothers launched Carpet Ease in 2025.
