Before Carpet Ease, we built LDF Flooring, working with homeowners, landlords, property professionals and commercial customers.

Between us, we’ve spent years fitting flooring, visiting properties, quoting jobs, solving problems and helping customers work out what is actually right for their home.

That experience is a big part of why we created Carpet Ease.

We wanted to take what we had learned from doing the job properly and combine it with a much simpler way to buy. So customers can get a quote online when they want convenience, or ask us to visit, measure and bring samples when they would rather have some help.

Either way, the important bit stays the same. Real people are still involved.

Ryan is usually the one helping customers through the choices and the process. Lee brings the practical fitting experience and makes sure what we recommend will actually work in the real world.

We’re still building Carpet Ease and we certainly do not pretend we have everything figured out. But we know the kind of company we want it to become: straightforward, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and honest enough to say when something is not right for you.
